These are practical courses in the use and application of digital media, with topics including Digital Imaging, Digital Video, Digital Audio, 2D and 3D Animation, Web and Interface Design and Digital Media Theory.

The QMIS program provides students with entry-level training in the exciting medium of digital technology. This qualification can also provide excellent pathways to further study, such as a Diploma of Multimedia or Degrees in Applied Multimedia or Interactive Entertainment, leading to potential employment opportunities within Multimedia and related industries.

This three-part Media in Schools program offers a number of options for delivering the course within schools, through:
Part 1: Licensing of Resources –unrestricted use of licensed materials in terms of student numbers and study grades.  Schools also have the flexibility of selecting only the units they need from the two streams of study to include in their curriculum.
Part 2: Validation – progressive, timely feedback and Certification from QANTM College.
Part 3: Professional Development – ongoing education and support for your teaching staff via our online system.
